Could anybody tell me what the word volvio means in spainish'

"Volvio" it is the "Preterito" to say the past of verb :"Volver" ( to come back). It the 3rd person in singular.
Yo volví, Tu volviste, El Volvió, Nosotros volvimos, Ustedes volvieron, Ellos volvieron.
Remember the 3er. Person it could be: El, Ella o Usted. The Preterito (Past ) time is used for accion completely finish in the past. For example: Ella volvio el lunes de los Estados Unidos.
