They speak Spanish. There are some variations in the Spanish language as it is spoken in each country, but practically all Spanish speakers, the world over, can communicate with one other fairly easily. This is an amazing fact, given the widespread use of Spanish in the world, and the different cultures into which it was introduced and became the dominant language.

The vast majority speak Spanish. However, there are still dozens of indigenous languages which still exist, and are used by thousands of speakers. There are also communities of immigrants which speak their own languages. It could be compared in some ways to the way the U.S. has pockets of populations who do not speak English as their primary language.
