Thank you for all your guys. How would I translate the following: "..so that secretly they won’t mean as little as they know they do."

Hola, Bienvenido al foro! Can you give us your attempt? There is a translator at the top of the page to assist you. - rac1, Jun 2, 2012

Roberto,

I don't understand the English meaning of "they won’t mean as little as they know they do."

Are you a native English speaker?

Si no, escriba la frase en español, por favor.

Thank you for your prompt response. When you ask, "...give us your attempt?" I will assume you are asking what am I attempting to translate. It is actually a entry to my book and if you need more context the phrase is as follows:

"Therefore, these people have to search for a religious structure to life so that secretly they won’t mean as little as they know they do."

Does this help?
