"pudiera" en vez de "pudieras" is probably because he doesn't know any of us and is therefore using the usted form. That would only make "olvides" incorrect. - alicia8, Jun 1, 2012

Well, the sentence seems to be directed at *tú*(informal singular), you can tell by the "dímelo" of the sencond part of the phrase - diagonx, Jun 1, 2012
