You can find the answer to this in the blue bar at the top of the page, by scrolling over "LEARN" and then clicking on "Spanish Grammar." It is under "Verbs" towards the bottom of the page. It is called "Preterite tense forms (regular and irregular) and uses." It includes the conjugations as well as the uses, and you can take a review quiz.
