No parece que + subjunctive

Are these correct?
Parece que va a llover. Parece que no va a llover.
No parece que vaya a llover.

no parece que llueva means that it doesn't seem it is raining.
no parece que vaya a llover = it doesn't seem like it is going to rain.

It's strange that this post hasn't been answered for so long...
Parece que va a llover. = It seems that it's going to rain
Parece que no va a llover. = It seems that it's not going to rain.
No parece que vaya a llover. = It doesn't seem that it will rain.
The first two are good. The third one is technically correct, but it doesn't need the verb "ir." The present subjunctive can also be used to express something that might (or might not) happen in the future, so "No parece que llueva" would work too.
