Welcome to the forum! I have acouple of suggestions for you. First, take the time to enter the information in the profile page. It can help to answer questions if we know what level of study you are in, the general area you live in, and perhaps some of your personal motivations to learn.
Second, it works out better to have more precise questions, such as "would it be proper to use "ser" in ...(example)?"

There are many cases where you would use "ser" but you have asked for three so here goes. Soy del reino unido. I am from the United Kingdom. Es de los estados unidos. He/she is from the United States. Son estadounideses. They are North Americans.
