Some of the old posts use "padrinos de boda" but there seems to be some controversy over that.

Type in 'groomsmen' in the translation box, then you will find "groomsmen" in our Q & A section and there are multiple threads on that.

Esto equivale al padrino.

FYI: En España no se acostumbra a tener "groomsmen" or "bridesmaids". Generalmente los padrinos son el padre de la novia y la madre del novio."
