Given a sentence in Spanish, if you want to change the subject noun from singular to plural, you also have to change any adjectives modifying the subject to make them agree in number (they most likely already agree in gender).

Then you have to make the verb agree with the new plural subject.

Finally, if the sentence contains adjectives in the predicate that are modifying the subject, they also have to be changed to agee with the new, plural subject.

The link that Rac1 provided you will show you how to pluralize nouns. If you do not know how to make the verb agree, you should consult the conjugation application that is available here at Spanish Dict. There is also a conjugation table at "123 Teachme" which is very good.

The singular articles "la", and "el" will also have to be changed to agree with the new, plural subjects. - Esteban3304, May 26, 2012
