Since you posted your attempt, I guess it's ok for me to help.

Out of all of your questions, "a." is the only question in which I would use the present perfect subjunctive or imperfect subjunctive.

Es una lástima que ellos no hayan superado/ superaran los obstáculos.

It's a shame that they have not/ did not overcome the obstacles.

This is essentially saying that it happened in the past, and you are commenting on it now.

But if you use the present subjunctive, you are either stating that they habitually do it, or you anticipate that they might do it, and then you say it's a shame.

I would use the present subjunctive on the other examples.

encargues

consiga - not "conseguo"

insistan... subject verb agreement - "unos negocios" is plural

leamos
