For 5 up top, the preterite of "comer" is "comió," not "comó." 8. Should be fue, 9. should be murió

For the bottom part, you'd want desayunaste, nos despertamos, se acostaron, comió, entendimos, leyeron, escribió, abrieron, ellos fueron, and tú vas.

Back to the drawing board. You need to practice these some more and use some verb conjugation charts and/or flashcards. Buena suerte...
