What does "ne" mean in English?

I looked it up in the spanish dictionary and found nothing. I saw this in the title of a christian spanish song: Ne es el final...can somebody help?

I believe you mean "ni". Depending on context, this can mean neither,not, nor, either, or, or perhaps others. Your example is most likely "nor is it the end..."
