Help needed with rewording things in Spanish

Hey everyone,

I need help with rewording the parts in bold. For my assignment we had to read an article on the pope then reword the parts of the sentences in bold (which came from the article).

Could someone please give me feedback?

P.S. I've added in background info when needed.

(1) España fue una cantera de santos. España fue una tierra prodigia de santos. (I think it means lots of Saints have come from Spain?)

(6) Nunca prescindió de su amigo español. Nunca pasó sin su amigo español. (This refers to the fact that the pope never went without his spanish friend)

(2) No tiene reparos en confesar que.... No tiene ningún escrúpulo en confesar que… (I interpret this to mean: "he did not have qualms in confessing that.....")

Do you mean you have to reword in spanish or in english?. I've done in spanish:

1) España fue una cantera de santos. España fue una tierra prodigia de santos. (I think it means lots of Saints have come from Spain?)-- > PROLIJA (as "prolix"prodigia means "wonder") but many spanish also confuse.

(6) Nunca prescindió de su amigo español. Nunca pasó sin su amigo español. (This refers to the fact that the pope never went without his spanish friend). RIGHT.

(2) No tiene reparos en confesar que.... No tiene ningún escrúpulo en confesar que… (I interpret this to mean: "he did not have qualms in confessing that....."). PERFECT
