That's a pretty simple one, translator should do. - diagonx, May 18, 2012
Hola, please remember to use a capital to begin your sentence. Thank you! - rac1, May 18, 2012
Translator wouldnt do. This question is not about where capitals should be also. Thank you. - Mattlar, May 18, 2012
According to forum rules, it is important to do so. Others may be learning from you. - rac1, May 18, 2012

Mattlar, you are partly right, the translator gave you a couple of options and you could be confused by not knowing which one should be the best.

  • Because this is a website that its purpose is to achieve good language skills, proper spelling is encouraged and expected. Specially when writing in your first language.

  • The correct translation of "No lo haré" is "I will not do it" or "I'm not going to do it"

But if the translator really knows, it will say "I´m not going to do it" is "No lo voy a hacer" - 005faa61, May 18, 2012
Languages are very interesting. There are several ways to say the same thing and that does not make it wrong. One would be more "exact" than the other, just for translation purposes, or context. - farallon7, May 18, 2012
gracias amigo - Mattlar, May 18, 2012
My pleasure!! - farallon7, May 24, 2012

This could be translated as "I won't do it" or "I won't make it," depending on the context. "Hacer" is "to do or to make." Technically, "I'm not going to do it" would be translated as "No lo voy a hacer," which is called the "periphrastic future tense."

The translator worked for me. Once you type in the phrase/sentence to be translated, sometimes (and in this case I had to) you have to click on Spanish to English or English to Spanish to get the translator going in the right direction.

Try it again. It should work for you. Good luck!
