The verbs Gustar and Encantar reflect what you like/love.

Think of it as

Gustar - to be pleasing

Encantar - to be enchanting

It is pleasing to me = Me gusta - gustar conjugated for 'it' (3rd person singular)

They are both pleasing to me = Me gustan los dos - gustar is conjugated for 'los dos' (3rd person plural)

That's why you say (a mí también) = to me also (it is pleasing)

Me/Nos/Te etc are object pronouns

Me (to me) gusta ('it' is pleasing) Nos (te us) gusta ('it' is pleasing)

The activity of 'going to the movies' (it) - to you it is pleasing - Te gusta ir al cine

To Juan and Maria (them) (it) is enchanting to go to the movies

Les (to them) encanta ('it' is enchanting) aka - they love it

Les encanta ir al cine

A Juan y Bella (to Juan and Bella) les encanta (it enchants them) ir al cine (to go to the movies)

It is not "nos encantamos". The verb encantar (and the action it is doing) is the subject. So try to think of this sentence in English as "Going to the movies fills them with a love (for what they are doing). Once you understand what I have just said, you can see that "going to the movies" can be replaced with the pronoun "it". Then you have "It makes them feel love for what they are doing." Then it becomes understandable that the verb (in Spanish) that agrees with the subject "it" is "encanta". Now for the object pronoun: who is being filled with a love for what they are doing? They are...... but something else is doing the filling....so it is filling "them". So the object pronoun is "les" not "ellos". A Juan y a Bella les encanta ir al cine. If the sentence was "A Juan y a mí", then you would use "nos".
