Hola! How would you say hot dog in spanish? Would it be perro caliente?

I think I've read 'perrito caliente' but I can't be sure, so ignore that I wrote this, haha.

It's regional.
In Chile they are "completos",and "italianos" if they are made only with the sausage, plus tematoe, avocado and mayonaise. In Argentina they are "panchos.
It seems that they are "perro/perrito caliente" or "hot dog" in the mayority of countries.

perro caliente is the literal tranlation but we don use it perro caliente. We use hotdog. It is similiar for hamburguer we use hamburguesa - benjoz80, May 18, 2012

En Baja they use one of two things: Hot Dogs (that American influence) and Hates.
