What about it?

What about it?

From time to time, I find myself in the following situation. A person asks me a question when I do not expect one. When I fail to parse the phrase, the inquisitor just repeats the object. This does not help, so I am tempted to ask: "what about it?" How would I do that in Spanish?

  • Would you like to enter your name in this blank?
  • Huh?
  • Name.
  • What about it?

Good question. It's one of my most used phrases since my hearing is kinda dull, so I can't wait to find out how to say it in Spanish. :) - inkubzz, May 17, 2012
