That could mean a lot of different things, but I'll give it a try...

Estoy perdiéndote. - I'm losing you.

Estás dejándome. - You are leaving me.

Estás más lejos de mí. - You are farther away from me.

Estás fuera de mi alcance. - You are out of my reach.

could you give us the exact context of the sentence itself or around this phrase so we all know in which direction you'd like the meaning to go? This would make it easier to translate it exactly...
