Why do you learn Spanish?

Question

Hey everyone, as I'm new here and I'm always curious to meet new people and to talk about my interests (and learning foreign languages is one of them), I just like to ask you, why did you come up with the idea of learning Spanish?

Tuve una idea de aprender el italiano pero en nuestra region nos faltaban las clases de italiano y fue más fácil inscribirme en un curso de español..

I had this idea of learning Italian ,but in our part of the world there were no classes in Italian and it was easier to register for a class in Spanish..

Quiero apprender español para servir mi clientes Latinos. Soy cartero en LEU. Hablo francais y me gusto estudiar las differencias entre los dos idiomas.

I want to learn Spanish in order to serve my Latino customers. I am a mailman in the United States. I speak French and I like to study the differences between the two languages.

A few reasons:

1: I've wanted to learn Spanish for years, and it's only now that I've got the chance to do so.

2: I learned German at school (quite a while ago now!), and I find it interesting to see the differences between the two languages.

3: I've been listening to a lot of Spanish-language songs recently (and I'm quickly falling in love with them!), and I think it's about time I knew what they were saying.

Unas cuantas razones:

1: He querido aprender a español durante años, y es sólo ahora que tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo.

2: He aprendido alemán en la escuela (¡bastante tiempo ahora!), y me parece interesante ver las diferencias entre las dos lenguas.

3: He escuchado a un montón de canciones español recientemente (¡y rápidamente me estoy enamorando de amor con ellos!), y creo que ya es hora que sabía lo que decían.
