I don't get to know the punch line to this joke.
I think the key point is NOKIA, so tell me the hidden meaning!

It's just playing with the way NOKIA sounds. The real word would be "noquea", from the verb "noquear".
Te NOKIA (te noquea) = it knocks you out.
