pelear pronouns
In lesson 2.9 the verb "pelear" (to fight) and pronouns are placed before it which I would have thought was a place that needed no pronouns. Do you always have to put pronouns in front of pelear? What is the rule?

I believe the pronouns were added to emphasize who was doing the fighting.
Mi hermano y yo nos peleamos.
My brother and I fight each other.
De niños, los chicos siempre se peleaban.
As children, the boys always fought with each other.
Unless the conjugation doesn't make it very clear who's performing the action (peleo can be performed only by yo, pelee on the other hand may be él, ella, usted) pronouns can and should be omitted in you don't wanna sound weird in natives' ears, so no, you do not have to use pronouns with pelear, it is just like any other verb in Spanish.
