Please see following question:- ¿Te importa que me lleve tu coche? Es que el mío esta estropeado.
Answer:- Pues no, te lo lleve, pero ¡ten cuidado!
Now the in answer "TE LO LLEVE" is correct or it should be "TE LO LLEVES"? If yes Why or why not?

Are you trying to say it's ok with you for them to take your car? if so I think I would rephrase it as " Claro que no, llevatelo, pero ten cuidado! It's all about conjugate the verb.

"Te lo puedes llevar , pero ten cuidado" would be another way to say it .
