Strong coffee
Hi there,
If I need to ask someone to make the coffee stronger, how would I do it? Is it the same as in English? For ex:
"¿Por favor, haga el café más fuerte?"
Thanks!

He makes the coffee in the morning. I am asking him to make it stronger in the future.
OK. We are clear now.
I would ask: ¿Podria/podrías (formal/informal) hacer el cafe mas fuerte, por favor?
Your sentence is correct, but sounds authoritarian, like you are upset about the coffee and giving a straight order.
A very polite way to ask:
El café esta muy suave para mi gusto. ¿Podria/podrías hacerlo mas fuerte, de ahora en adelante?
The sentence is correct. However, if you give some additional context, there will be probably better ways to ask.
Are you asking this in a friend's house, in a bar, in a diner?
Your original guess is right, in a day to day conversation you would say: "Lo pudiera hacer mas fuerte para la otra"? (implying next time).
Very casual, even if it's an employee they would know what you mean
"¿Puedo tener un café fuerte, por favor?"
You are also correct. That's why I was asking for more context. Anyway, although "puedo tener" is grammatically correct, it sounds odd and straight from the English. I would ask "¿Me traería un café fuerte, por favor?
un cortado, por favor (expresso with a dash of warm milk)
Hey there
I may be wrong(some person who knows how to speak spanish well is requested to correct me, if so), but I think it should be:
"¿Puedo tener un café fuerte, por favor?"
,for: "Can I have some strong coffee, please?"
Thanks!
