What the difference between,,él,ella and estoy?

try the translate section and you'll find: él (prepositional object) (masculine); ella (feminine); ello (referring to uncountable nouns) from it -> de él/ella/ello with it -> con él/ella/ello (I'm guessing you didn't mean estoy but ello)
