Indirect and Direct Objects

Question

I'm having trouble putting in direct and indirect objects. Can someone check if im doing this right?

Le preparas una cena elegante a tu amigo. ANS: Le preparas la a ti

Sam quiere regalarle sus discos favoritos. ANS: Sam quiere regalarle los

Nos van a comprar las entradas a nosotros. ANS: Nos van a comprarnoslas Should there be an accent?

Me dices mentiras a mí. ANS: Me dices las

These would be my suggestions but I'm not a native speaker so you may want to wait for other answers

1) Se la preparas. (le becomes se and 'for him', 'la' for 'la cena

2) Sam quiere regalárselos.

3) Van a comprarnoslas. (just one nos)

4) Me las dices.

The direct object receives the action of the verb and answer the questions What? and Who?. The indirect object indicates whom receives the action of the verb and answer the questions What for? or For whom?:

"Le preparas una cena elegante a tu amigo"

• ¿Qué le preparas? Ans: La cena
• ¿A quién se la preparas? Ans: a él.

The direct object can also be a person:

"Sam quiere regalarle sus discos favoritos"

• ¿Quién quiere regalarle sus discos? Ans: él (Sam)

"Nos van a comprar las entradas a nosotros" or "(A nosotros [tacit subject]) nos van a comprar las entradas"

• ¿Qué nos van a comprar? Ans: las entradas
• ¿A quién se las van a comprar? Ans: a nosotros.

"A mí me dices mentiras" > Me las dices a mí.
