Well I found an All-Terrain Survey Vehicle (ASV) is called "Vehículo de Inspección Todoterreno". Looking around some more I found road surveyor = "el topógrafo carreteras y puentes". Don't know if this is helping. 
Maybe, vehículo de inspección carreteras y puentes?
