How to answer ¿cuántos años has cumplido?

Can anyone tell me what does it mean by ¿cuantos anos has cumplido? I had problems finding its meaning online. Thanks

It should read ¿Cuántos años has cumplido? How many years have you completed or arrived at e.g. Hoy es mi cumpleaños. Today is my birthday. ¿Es verdad? ¿Cuántos años has cumplido? Is that right, how many years are you? although you are more likely to hear ¿Cuántos cumplis? And note it is años and not anos, años= years and anos = an unmentionable part of your body somewhere just below your back.

-Hola Jose ¿cuantos años cumpliste? (a better way) -Cumplí 38 y me siento de 20 (I got 38 and i feel like 20 yers old)
