Sé quién es -- word order?

Hi,

I´m unclear on the proper word order when saying ¨Yes, I know who someone is¨

¿Qué es correcto?

Sí, sé quién es Jorge

o

Sí, sé quién Jorge es

Muchas gracias por ayudarme.

The first one is more common, but both are correct.

• For some reason, the second one gives me the impression that you know what kind of person Jorge is, rather than knowing, or been able to point out, that particular person.
