Escribo sobre un foto

Hola! Me gustaría escribir sobre un foto:
Something along the lines of, "this photo was taken a long time ago", or "this photo is from a long time ago".
"Este foto ha sido hecho hace mucho tiempo" o "este foto es de hace mucho tiempo" son frases correctas?

"This photo was taken a long time ago."
Hace mucho tiempo que se sacó esta foto.
The "se" is in there because it is passive. We don't know who took the photo, so it is as though the photo was the subject of the sentence, and the "se" is the "by someone." The photo was taken by someone.
Guimmys is right...you should correct your title because foto (short for fotografía) is feminine .
