What I got is; ¿Qué es? La toalla not sure what goes in the first one but my guess is "se seca usted"

Cuanto más te seca, más se moja.
"La seca" significa "The more it dries her/it"
I'm not 100% sure, but to remove emphasis on "you" directly I beleive you can say "Cuanto más se le seca...." I'll wait for a native to correct me here.
And my guess would also have been "toalla"
