HABER COULD BE:
- the auxiliary verb which is used to form the composed tenses in spanish, how the auxiliary verb have is used in english. The auxiliary verb haber doesn't have meaning:
He comido = I have eaten
Había comido = I had eaten
-impersonal verb, used only in third person, singular. The impersonal verb haber has the meaning of be,exist....The impersonal verb haber = There + be....:
Hay dos perros en tu casa = There are two dogs in your house
Hubo dos perros en tu casa = There were two dogs in your house
-used,without meaning, in the verbal periphrasises "Haber que + infinitive, haber de + infinitive" = To have to...,must...,to be obligated to...
TENER IS USED like a predicative verb. The verb tener has the meaning of the verb have like predicative verb.Of course, not all the meanings:
Tengo dinero = I have money
Tener is used in the verbal periphrasis "Tener que + infinitive"= To have to...,must...,to be obligated to...
HABER PODRíA SER: -verbo auxiliar que se usa para formar los tiempos compuestos en castellano como el verbo auxiliar have se usa en ingles.El verbo auxiliar no tiene significado: He comido = I have eaten
Había comido = I had eaten
-verbo impersonal, usado solo en la tercera persona, singular.El verbo impersonal haber tiene el significado de ser,estar,existir...El verbo impersonal haber = There + be...:

Hubo dos perros en tu casa = There were two dogs in your house
-usado,sin significado, en las perífrasis vebales ''Haber que + infinitivo, haber de + infinitivo = To have to...,must..,to be obligated to...
TENER SE USA como un verbo predicativo.El verbo tener tiene el significado del verbo have como verbo predicativo.Desde luego,no todos los significados:
Tengo dinero = I have money
Tener se usa en la perífrasis verbal "Tener que + infinitivo''= To have to...,must...,to be obligated to...
Simply put:
Tener: possession; tengo un carro de colección-I've a vintage car
haber: auxiliary verb; he comido camarones toda la semana-I've eaten prawns the whole week
