"Here you go"?

"Here you go"?

In English, we will often say "here you go," or simply "here," as we hand an object to another person. It's a nice way to direct a person's attention to the whatever you're giving them.

Do Spanish-speakers have an equivalent? Would they say "aquí" or something of that sort?

Thanks!

I beleieve it's expressed saying:

"Aquí tienes."

Not 100% sure, however.
