I second Juliss's answer. Generally, exclamations of the form "what a ____!" are translated as "qué ____!" The phrase following "qué" can either be (1) a noun preceded by an adjective or (2) a noun followed by "tan" and then an adjective.

Edit: Or a noun or adjective by itself, though that isn't applicable in this particular case.

Es un buen día. I think that is the term used for a nice day.(in weather terms)
