Hello, that sentence indicates you've made a statement previously, maybe about an event that's taken place already and due to which you're going to introduce a new fact, kind of like saying "accordingly", "therefore" or "consequently". Maybe I'm wrong, so I'm open for any corrections!

It would help to have the whole sentence, but this is something like "Due to the previous (arguments, facts) ...."

The previous (request?, inquire?) due to the fact that contruction works will be carried out as part of the remodelling/redisigning process taking place at San Ysidro's lodge. Does that make sense? if not, please correct whatever you deem necessary.

here is the whole sentence.
