"Un poco" vs. "un poco de"
What is the difference between un poco and un poco de ,can we use un poca de ?

I think "un poco de" is "a little of/from", while "un poco" is simply "a little".
Hope that helps!
Answering Globo's question.
If a word "modifies" that is "describes" a noun you can consider it an adjective or an adjective expression.
"Un poco de" agua is adjectival, because it modifies "agua"
Adverbs on the other hand modify verbs, adjectives and sometimes other adverbs.
"Ella es un poco morena(watch gender agreement) is adverbial because the expression "un poco" here is describing/modifying "morena"
OK?
Good question! Welcome to the Q & A forum.
It's very similar to English were we say "a little" and "a little bit of" something.
Let me give you some examples:
Estoy un poco cansando = I'm a little tired.
Es un poco celoso = He's a little jealous.
Quiero un poco de jugo = I want a litte bit of juice.
Tengo un poco de celos = I have a little bit of jealousy.
¿Es " un poco" un sustantivo o adverbio?
Ejemplos:
Un poco de agua (con de)
Ella es un poco moreno (sin de)
