Alienatic words/Adding diffrent stem and end to words?
This is the first time i found that sometimes the stem and end of a word should be changed=
Ser =fueron Venir =vinieron Nevar =nevaron Tener =tuvieron Llamar =llamaron
How did the stem of some of those above words change (eg: tener,ser)?
Why is "on" ending added to this word and this is the first time i heard about adding "on" to certian words (llamar"on") ?
How much and What is the importance of this lesson?

The verbs you provided are all 3rd person plural of preterite tense. It is the past tense.
Fueron a la tienda ayer.= They went to the store yesterday.
Vinieron a mi presentación lunes.=They came to my presentation on Monday.
Nevar is "to snow," so it should only be used in 3rd person singular, and not 3rd person plural.
Tuvieron que ir al médico tres veces el mes pasado. =They had to go to the doctor three times last month.
The stems change because "seron" and "teneron" are awkward to pronounce in Spanish. There is a stem change to make it roll off the tongue a little better.
If you want to speak in the preterite tense, this lesson is very important. Talking about what you did yesterday, last week, month, year, etc requires this verb tense. You can learn more about preterite here.
And it isn´t adding "on" to the end of the infinitive. Instead, it is removing the "-ar" of ar verbs and changing it to "aron" and removing the "ir" or "er" of those verbs and changing it to "ieron"
Estar is one of the weird exceptions, because "they were" is "estuvieron."
Other irregulars are poner (pusieron) and poder (pudieron).
