Make the corrections suggested by other users and moderators in the comments section (try not to use personal pronouns unless absolutely necessary). Use your own words! (Don't use a translator, copy from a book, use song lyrics, etc.) Have fun experimenting with Spanish.

Según la Biblia, habían una vez dos mujeres que discutían sobre un bebé. Salomón sugirió que cada mujer se quedara con la mitad del bebé. La verdadera madre eligió entregar al bebé en lugar de cortarlo por la mitad. Salomón era un hombre muy sabio.
According to the Bible, there were two women who were arguing over a baby. Solomon suggested that each woman keep half of the baby. The true mother chose to give up the baby instead of cutting it in half. Solomon was a very wise man.
