I just want to say this before I leave tempoarily Update, Sunday,10 AM -Kat's side of the world

As some of you already know I am fighting breast cancer and an infection in my pelvis. I am going to check myself into the hospital in the morning and I will not be here for a bit.
I don't have time to PM every single one of you right now, so I wanted to go ahead and just say it publiclly.
I love you all! Please pray for me. I will hopefully be back in a few days if the doctor lets me. But I am not sure.
Anyway, cuidate a todos. Otra vez te amo a todos!!
Thanks for everything that you have done for me and sorry for all that I have done to make matters worse or hurt anyone here.

Update : Praise the Lord - Good news. Kat has made it through the night. She is stable in the ICU and is awake and smiling, very weak, but still has good humor. She says she loves you all and thanks you for all your kind words. Thank you, everyone. God answers prayer.
Even though I don't know you and we have never talked before, I do want to wish you the best. I can see how strong you are and you must continue that way. Cancers are not something easy. It requires a lot of patience, strength, willpower, and above all, love for yourself to overcome a cancer. And yes, you will hopefully be back soon.
Go ahead, stay strong, and think of all those who love you and are with you. It is not only about you, but also the people around you who are supporting you every single day, who are praying and doing as much as they can to help you overcome this. Don't ever lose faith nor hope 
It's all we need, even more in those hard moments in our lives.
Try not to be pessimistic, remember that everything teaches us something in life.

You're nuts if you think that you've ever "made matters worse or hurt anyone here." I don't know you personally, but from what I've seen, you've been an enormous asset to this site and I am sad to see you leave for any length of time. Get well soon, please.

I say, what better time to confront the reality of our immortality! Our beloved Kat faces a hard time, and we must be there for her! I pray every moment for her recovery, and God forgive me, but I see a lesson here, a lesson of forgivenes and love. Life is to short to waste on recriminations.
As a gift to Kat, I propose an amnesty! Yes on both sides, because there is equal blame to go around! Let;s honor Kat by putting our differences and pride aside and coming together again as a community of lovers of the Spanish language! What a tribute to her!

Things may have been said in anger! Let's start anew, learning from the lesson of Kat! That life is not worth wasting in petty disputes.

Update :She's awake. She started responding to talking and hearing. She cried when someone read the letters to her. Praise God.
Kat l may not know you, but l can see through your words that you're a wonderful person who deserves everything you wish in life, that's why you need to hang on and be sure that it's not only going to be me praying for you tonight, but most of us will so if you have faith you won't only get through this but you'll be better than ever, l wish l could write more but l know that my words are not the best to read, just be sure that l'll pray for you!

Dearest Kat , people hurt themselves , you are not the cause Kat. My heart is open to
you and I shall keep a candle burning for you daily, if it is any comfort to you I have
been living with cancer for over 13 years , having been given only 1 or 2 years to live
when first diagnosed , you too will live through this life changing experience , with
all the love and kindness you are going to receive from all us SD folk , we all know
how to love and how to give so settle back to receive bucket loads of lovingkindness.
Hey Kat, I enjoy chatting with you and sharing songs and prayers. I will be thinking about you and praying for you as always, my friend. Don't forget that we always say, "See you later" and we end our chats with a great big smile. So vaya con Dios mi amiga y nos vemos pronto. We are with you all the way, Kat!!
My father, my sister, my mother-in-law, my aunt, my best friend and even myself have all survived cancer. You can do it my friend!!
I'm so sorry to hear this Kat. I know that you will be fine. God is great, and even though we don't always understand what he gives us to face, there is a reason. You will be stronger and wiser as you make it through this terrible illness. I will be praying for you, and I look forward to the day that you return - all well and feeling better!
