problema de video

Question

could anybody help me to fixed the video and audio problem? I did an apgrade from adobe flash player, and I did lost my audio and video.

might want to restart your pc...if you are using explorer.. try using chrome or mozilla..u might have to install flash again on them..

Sometimes updating software on Windows, I'm assuming Windows here, will require updated drivers. I would run Windows Update again and make sure you look in optional updates, not just required. Also make sure you are using the latest version of whatever browser you're using. And of course, reboot.

If none of that works, I would uninstall Adobe Flash all together, and then re-install it.

I also upgraded my flash player last week and ever since my plug ins keep crashing and will not reload for hours. I have contacted Spanish Dict who replied to say they have not had reported problems from their end. I have tried uninstalling flash and then reinstalling but the problem persists. Interestingly though I can use this site with no problem all day until about 4pm Australian east coast time and then it all goes haywire. Tonight is the first night that I have come on at this time (after midnight here) and been able to use the videos without crashing. Rebooting does nothing. My techno son has tried to fix it but no better from that. I feel it has something to do with the latest adobe upgrade and I am anxiously waiting for a new upgrade to arrive in the hope it will fix this very frustrating problem. At least we now know we are not alone. :((
