"arroyo" means "gutter" or "stream." ¡Que aburrido! o ¡Que pesado! is "How boring"

The phrase is "¡Qué rollo!" ....... "What a mess"
Similar phrase "¡Qué lata!"
"¡Qué pesado!" (slightly different nuance and an adjective "how problematic" - "what a pain in the a$$).

Yo creo es "qué aburrido". But I am not a native spanish speaker. . .or even a very good one. . .so hopefully a native speaker can help you. For now, I hope this helps!
