all the questions in spanish take question-mark in the begging like they take question-mark in all languages in the end?????

I agree with ciscocaja. There must be an inverted question mark at the beginning and a normal question mark at the end. Personally I think this works really well and like a lot of other "rules" in Spanish it makes perfect sense.

Yes. At the beginning of a question in Spanish, there should be an inverted question mark. At the end, there should be a standard question mark. The same is true with exclamation marks.
