looks like it means" to whom you are angry" but no question mark is used , please help ? thanks gracias

It´s like saying ¨How angry (he/you are)! By God!¨ (which is really like saying ¨Man!¨ and isn´t as formal sounding in the Spanish world as it is in English.) There is no mention of the speaker being angry at God or God being angry.

Enojado - angry Dios - God Que (at the beginning of a sentence) - expressive as in "how...." I believe it is somewhere along the lines of: "How angry I am at God" or "How angry is God" depends on context
