Like I want to say: yeah same goes to you, I saw you a few times but hardly
Covo friend: I rmeber I saw you late time............' when I want to say: same goes to you, I saw you ..........'

You'r English phrase is very odd.
I think you mean:
The same applies to you??
Spanish uses ' igualmente' quite lot. If you say 'Happy New Year' the answer is ' Igualmente'
For saying I saw you too : 'Te he visto también' might be the easiest option.
