Moreno(a) refers to being "dark-colored"

Morena, in terms of skin color could be " a tan or dark-skinned person. So the opposite would probably be pale (pálido).

Morena, in terms of hair color refers to being dark-haired or "brunette". So blonde-haired "rubia" sounds more like the opposite.

I personally would say güera is the opposite of morena when you're talking about a person's general ethnicity, but you're correct, rubia is a good opposite for hair color. pálida doesn't sound good for a person unless they're sick : P - unMica, Apr 19, 2012
I thought güera referred to light or blond hair. But you are correct about pálida being more of a pale look. It would probably be best to say piel blanca or piel clara for the skin tone. - Nilda-Ballardo, Apr 20, 2012
