I’m talking you about seasons. During the year there are four seasons: winter, spring, summer and autumn. Now, I’m describing every seasons and I’m explaining you the characteristics of these this periods of year.

Winter is the cold season than others. The weather is changeable, there are days with snow, with sunny, with rain…In my city the temperature is around 0 to 15ºC. The typical sports in this period are ski and snowboard. A lot of people go to the mountains and they enjoy a lot with snow.

Spring is a beautiful season, in this period a lot of flower growing and trees have leafs another time. The weather is better, there is more heat than winter but less than summer.

Summer is the most hot season. Normally, everyday does sunny and someday in the evening does a typical storm, It’s raining a lot in a few time. In this period, people like going to the beach and the swimming-pool, and the best eat to cool down is ice cream and drink a lot of juices.

Autumn has changeable weather. The cold is starting and almost always it’s raining. In the wood, the trees fall the leafs and the typical colour is brown.

I’m talking you about seasons. During the year there are four seasons: winter, spring, summer and autumn. Now, I’m describing every season and I’m explaining to you the characteristics of these periods of the year.

Winter is the cold season than others. [Either write "Winter is the coldest season" or "Winter is colder than the other seasons."] The weather can vary. There are sunny days, days with snow, days with rain...In my city the temperature is around 0 to 15ºC. The typical sports during this season are skiing and snowboarding. A lot of people go to the mountains to enjoy the snow.

Spring is a beautiful season. In this period a lot of flowers grow and trees re-develop their leaves . The weather is nicer["better" is subjective, or opinion-based, but "nicer" just means sunnier and warmer and it is a little more objective] and it is warmer than winter but cooler than summer.

Summer is the hottest season. Normally, every day is sunny, and although some days in the evening there is an ocassional storm, it doesn't rain very much. [I used "although" because you contradict yourself. It rains BUT it is not all the time.] In this season, people like going to the beach and the swimming pool. The best thing to have to cool down is ice cream and a lot of juice.

Autumn has varied weather. It starts to cool down and it´s almost always raining. In the woods, the leaves fall from the trees and the leaves are typically brown.

The first sentence "I’m talking you about seasons." is correct, but it just seems odd. It is not something that a native English speaker would write, because it is a strange introduction, unless it were to begin a speech, in which case I would write "Today I am going to talk to you about the seasons."

The transition sentence "Now I´m describing.." is also strange, in the same way as the introductory sentence. I would say "Now, I will further describe the seasons in detail and explain to you the characteristics of these periods of the year."
