The answer i choose was B...but i want to make sure its right

Yes it is right.

Spanish nouns agree in gender and in number.

If the noun is singular, you need to use the singular form of the adjective or possessive pronoun (or any type of pronoun) describing it and make it male or female depending on the subject noun's gender

In this case,

NUESTRO ABUELO (singular possessive pronoun nuestro and then male gender for abuelo)

NUESTROS ABUELOS (plural possessive pronoun nuestros and then male gender for abuelo)

Also, I'd like to point out that if you are referring to a group of males (you used the male form plural of the noun)

hermanos (all boys, combination of boys and girls). I mean brother or siblings.

hermanas (all females).

This may affect sentence construction depending on what you mean. I hope this helps! Have a great day!
