1. Hace cuatro años que trabajo para mi padre en la tienda. This one is Right. yeah
2. Cuánto tiempo hace .... ....para ...... .....en la tienda? wrong
3.Pasamos por la casa de Javier y Olga hace dos horas. Right
4. Cuánto tiempo hace que ..... por la casa de Javier y Olga? wrong
5. Hace tres meses que compré una blusa para mi hermana. right.
6.Cuánto tiempo hace que .....una blusa para ........ hermana? wrong
7. Hace dos años que Ana estudia italiano por Internet.Right
8. Cuánto tiempo hace que Ana estudia italiano por Internet? Right

¿Cuánto tiempo hace que pasaron por la casa de Javier y Olga?
¿Cuánto tiempo hace que compraste una blusa para tu hermana?
I don't see anything wrong with the ones you have already done.
