¿va a usted esudiar allí? are you going to study there?
¿dónde está tu hermano? where is your brother?
¿está usted a casa? are you at home?
how to say or to ask a question if where is a person is -- referring to a place where he or she is? and where is he or she is going? how would you differentiate this two? or just translate the following questions listed below! and why you translated it that way!

On the top of any page on SpanishDict, you can click on "conjugate," and the website will give you all the verb conjugation charts for every tense of any Spanish/English verb. Try that to get your conjuations.
A couple of these verbs use prepositions, but it depends on the context. They are not verbs that always use prepositions.
Ir a=to go to (the store, work, home, etc)
Ir hacia=to go (towards a direction: south, north, east, west)
Ir de=to go by (bus, car, trolley, etc)
aprender a=to learn to (followed by infinitive verb: comer, hacer algo, bailar...)
trabajar de=to work as (a lawyer, nurse, etc)
trabajar en= to work in/for (an office, a firm, etc)
All of this information I found by simply typing each verb into the translator box at the top of the page. You can do this for any verb to find out more uses for them.

In the above, I corrected some of the sentences in bold. Again, capitalize sentences and people and places!
Remember that the subjects are optional in questions, and they go immediately after the conjugated verb. "¿Vas (tú) a casa?" not "¿Vas a tú casa?" Imagine the subject and verb as a pairing that can´t be split apart, not even by prepositions.

English is different from Spanish in the way that we can get away with improper grammer quite often. Technically, in English, when you are asking where a person is going, you should ask "To where are you going?" But we don't, because it sounds awkward. But it is gramatically correct.
In Spanish, however, you must include the preposition. "¿A dónde vas?"=(To) Where are you going?
¿De dónde vienes?=Where are you coming from? (technically you shouldn´t end an English sentence with a preposition, but let's not stray from the topic at hand)
Those prepositions distinguish the sentences, but so does the verb. Sentences about where a person is vs. where a person is going would use two different verbs: estar and ir.
