Another way of saying this (a bit more directly for the word "with") is:
Dribla la pelota con una mano a la vez.
Note that the verb "dribla" is in the 2nd person singular, for the situation where you are talking to one person, who is a friend or someone who is younger.
Different forms of the verb would be used if you were telling a group of people to do this task (in most part of the world, you would use the verb "driblen") or if you were telling one person and wanted to use the formal form (drible), such as if you were instructing someone who was significantly older.
