I'm pretty sure it actually means "I don't know if you like me."
te gusto = I please you, or I am pleasing to you
I think "I don't know that you liked it" would be Yo no se si te gustó.
The phrase as given doesn't make sense, because it's missing at least one accent mark (the one over "sé"), which leads me to believe that there might be a missing accent mark over the "o" in "gusto" as well. This is important because the presence or absence of that accent will determine the meaning of the sentence.
Yo no sé si te gusto. = I don't know if you're physically attracted to me.
Yo no sé si te gustó. = I don't know if you liked it.
An important distinction to make, needless to say. But if I saw the phrase entirely without any accent marks, as given in your original post, I'd probably assume that the author was simply spelling poorly and intended the second meaning. (Unless it's likely that the author wants to know whether you find him hot.)
